A fundraiser has been created to assist Joe and Yehia Refando, Maui residents, who lost their home and all their possessions in the wildfire. As of Wednesday, August 16, almost $7,500 has been raised.
"They were able to save their dogs and escape to a nearby shelter with only the clothes on their back," Franco said. "Like so many others they have to start entirely over. These two would never ask for help themselves so it’s up to us to rally up for them."
